Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Cue 4 Success Limited (NZBN 9429052633720), trading as "Cue4Success" ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit www.cue4success.com (the "Site"). We're a New Zealand-registered company and handle personal information in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

1. Information we collect

• Contact details you give us: if you sign up for a free training resource or otherwise fill out a form on the Site, we collect your name and email address.
• Marketing attribution: we may also record which campaign, link, or source brought you to the Site (e.g. UTM parameters) so we understand what's working. This is stored alongside your email, not collected on its own.
• Usage analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused website analytics tool, to understand how visitors use the Site (e.g. pages viewed, general location, device type). Cloudflare Web Analytics is designed not to use tracking cookies or collect personally identifiable information.
• We do not collect payment information. If you purchase the Program, your payment and billing details are collected directly by Podia (see "Third parties" below) — we never see or store your card details.

2. How we use your information

• To send you the free training content you requested;
• To send marketing emails about Cue4Success and the Program (you can unsubscribe anytime);
• To understand how the Site is used, so we can improve it; and
• To respond to enquiries sent to media@cue4success.com.

3. Third parties we share information with

• MailerLite — our email marketing platform. Your name, email, and any marketing attribution data are stored in MailerLite so we can send you emails.
• Podia — our course-hosting and checkout platform. If you enroll in the Program, Podia collects your account and payment details directly, under its own privacy policy.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics — aggregate, privacy-focused website analytics.

We don't sell your personal information to anyone.

4. Cookies

The Site itself doesn't set marketing or tracking cookies. Some embedded third-party content (e.g. YouTube videos) may set its own cookies when you interact with it, under that provider's own policy.

5. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law — for example, we'll keep your email in MailerLite until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

6. Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to ask us what personal information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct or delete it. To do this, email media@cue4success.com. If you're located outside New Zealand, your information may still be processed in New Zealand and other countries where our service providers operate (e.g. MailerLite, Podia); by using the Site you consent to this.

7. Children's privacy

The Site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
